The Crew, led by Marco, and the sales team, led by Mauro, were professional, up front about effort and cost, and the construction was quick. They did a great job, our basement is now protected from flooding. Their innovative interior waterproofing saved us time and money. As a side note, they were able to accommodate our timeline due to ongoing renovations. Thanks RCC.

I had waterproofing done in July as there was a crack in my foundation which was causing a leak in my basement cellar.. After we got the big storm, my cellar was still leaking and when I contacted RCC to investigate they sent Ryan and he discovered that there was another crack on the side of house above ground.in the same vicinity as the repaired crack. He sent Ryan a few days later to seal it inside and out free of charge. I am very satisfied with this type of service, even though the second crack was not detected originally because things like that can happen but RCC did what was necessary to make things right in a timely manner which is what a good company should always do!

My basement is a block foundation. This spring it leaked into the house. Justin came out and gave me a quote to fix it. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and right on budget. The fellows that came and did the work were amazing, hard working, friendly people. The basement is perfect now. Completely dry and I will never have to worry about water coming in again. I am so relieved to have found them and would highly recommend them to anyone with water issues in their basement.
