Did a really good job on our crawlspace. Put down a wrap and a dehumidifier to get rid of the mold and dry out the space making it much better to breath down there. They worked hard even though it was the hottest days and in a small humid hot space. And did a excellent job. Cannot recommend enough.

From start to finish Ridgeback was professional and courteous. Once the Installers arrived an unforseen situation required us to modify the plans. They accomplished everything to my complete satisfaction.

These fellows were the epitome of friendly professionalism. Every last detail was taken care of, from the consult to leaving the work site tidy, and we're thrilled at the transformation in our basement. They were fast, communicated clearly, and...sang while they worked! Thanks for showing our kids that you can work hard and enjoy it. Five stars for sure.

Fantastic job on our crawlspace of our 55 year old home from start to finish. Helpful and knowledgeable first review and project discussion, clear details and estimate. Team that completed project were excellent, communicated well and worked hard to finish project efficiently. We are very pleased with results! Dylan and Patrick were great, very responsive to questions. I recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Ridgeback Basement Systems from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the process.
Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work. There were no surprises, and everything was handled honestly and efficiently. It’s hard to find a company that combines great customer service with solid workmanship, but they truly delivered on both.
The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean when the job was done. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
I would highly recommend Ridgeback Basement Systems to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality service. Great people, great work, and great value!
