Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing Toronto

Aquamaster Toronto handled a major exterior waterproofing project for us after years of drainage problems around the foundation. After every heavy rain, water would collect near one side of the house and we started noticing moisture slowly building up inside the basement. Roman came for the inspection and explained in detail how the old waterproofing had failed over time and why temporary repairs were not solving the actual problem. Yurii and the crew completed excavation around the foundation, installed a waterproof membrane, upgraded the drainage system, and carefully backfilled everything afterward. The whole process was organized and professional from start to finish. Since the project was completed, water drains away properly and there have been no more moisture issues in the basement.

I wasn’t even sure if I had a real problem, just noticed the basement always felt a bit damp after rain. Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing came out and actually showed me what was going on behind the wall. The technician Albert explained that moisture was building up slowly and would get worse over time. They installed an interior drainage system with a sump pump and sealed everything properly. The job was clean and quick, and now the basement feels completely dry.

I wasn’t planning to do full waterproofing at first, just wanted to fix a small leak, but after talking to Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing it made more sense to do it properly. The guy who came out (I think his name was Alex) actually explained everything in a simple way without pushing anything. They installed an interior drainage system and sump pump, and sealed the problem areas. It’s been a few months now, including some heavy rain, and the basement is completely dry. Glad I didn’t go with another temporary fix.

Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing helped us finally fix a long-standing issue with moisture coming through the basement walls. Mike and Daniel came out, did a proper inspection, and explained everything in simple terms. They installed an interior drainage system and sealed the problem areas properly instead of just covering it up. What I appreciated most is that they didn’t rush the job — everything was done carefully. Since then, even after heavy rain, the basement stays completely dry.

Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing handled our exterior basement waterproofing project with impressive professionalism. Andrew supervised the excavation process around the foundation and ensured that the landscaping and surrounding structures remained protected. A heavy-duty waterproof membrane was applied evenly across the entire foundation wall to provide long-term protection. New weeping tiles were installed with proper slope to direct groundwater away from the home. The backfilling and grading were completed carefully to ensure proper drainage.

I can’t thank Aquamaster enough for their outstanding service. They fixed multiple cracks in my foundation, waterproofed the interior walls, and installed systems to keep groundwater away from the house. The workers were skilled, considerate, and left the entire area neat and tidy. Since the repairs, the basement is dry, safe, and ready to use again — no more worries about mold or structural damage. Superb workmanship and customer care.

1. Aquamaster did an incredible job waterproofing my basement. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, took the time to walk me through each step of the process, and worked with impressive focus and efficiency. After the heavy rain last week, water that used to seep in every storm didn’t even make it to the threshold — the basement stayed completely dry for the first time in years. They left the work area spotless and followed up to make sure everything was performing as promised. I’m beyond happy with the results and would recommend Aquamaster to anyone who’s had ongoing moisture issues.

We contacted Aquamaster after discovering moisture behind our storage shelves. Daniel and Mark handled the repair. They were extremely professional — walked us through the entire waterproofing process, pointed out issues we never noticed, and explained how the foundation was shifting over time. They fixed the crack, sealed the base of the wall, added waterproof coating, and cleaned everything before leaving. The basement smells fresh now instead of damp.

Maria and Alex made everything so easy. Maria was very responsive and patient with our questions, and Alex’s team handled the work efficiently. They waterproofed the basement and fixed a leaking window well. Everything was done perfectly and on schedule. It’s such a relief knowing our basement is protected.
