Tried getting an estamite for foundation repair 2 diffrent times. 1 through their site and another by e-mail with pictures. I got a faster reply from a diffrent company so I can start by getting a few prices to work with.

Abalon fixed a crack in my foundation wall quickly. Everyone that I communicated with was knowledgeable and helpful. They cleaned up everything very well. The job came with a lifestyle guarantee as long as I own my house or a 10 year transferable guarantee in case I sell. Thank you.

My mom hired this company a few years ago and not knowing much about foundation repair we trusted this company. Last year I had to go buy soil to protect the foundation.they dig the hole and repaired the crack when the job was done they filled the hole with the mud they used to dig the hole and left it. The whole area that they dug was about a foot lower than the remainder of her lawn leaving a nice space for a puddle around the house. Now the ground has shifted so much that her front step has a huge drop. There were never any problems with this step until we hired this company and the way they filled the area after was no where near meeting standards to protect the house. Would not hire them again in a million years. I found out recently that the foundation when filled should be compacted to prevent shifting not the chicken of mud loosely thrown in to fill the space. Poor quality and rushed work.

Yeesh. What a waste of time and effort. Too bad, too Abalon came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I wanted them to be my guys!
They promptly showed up in late Spring to check out a foundation repair for a tiny little 900sq ft bungalow with a half basement. Estimator J**h told me we'd need engineer's drawings for a proper quote. Okay, no problem. A few weeks and a few thousand dollars later I have the documents together. They send a new estimator "E**ry" who says 'oh no, this job is for the original estimator J**h, he'll be by this afternoon'... okay whatever, guess I'll miss a whole day of work instead of just a morning... original estimator J**h arrives and says 'I need to talk to my lumber and concrete guys for a price, I'll get back to you'... a week goes by 'still talking to my guy' another week 'he's still working on it' another week, another call, another promise from Ch*****ne they'll call me back, another un-returned call, another excuse... literally 8 weeks no exaggeration before they admit the job is beyond their ability and I should go with someone else (this receptionist was very apologetic and forthcoming which I appreciated, full credit to her and a shame she was the one forced to tell me the bad news). It's now the end of August... good thing I called numerous other reputable companies for quotes (which were all provided within 72 hours) and had someone to swoop in to do the work instead. Get a quote from literally anyone else and save yourself the trouble.
