Milads Waterproofing

I am very pleased with Milad’s Waterproofing. After the extreme heavy rainfalls in Edmonton this July and finding water seeping into my basement Milad’s was able to come to my home, inspect and provide a reasonable quote quickly. They had a tight area to excavate and work in at the front of my house where a 7 foot foundation crack was fixed and secured well with lots of materials. They also repaired a non-leaking crack in the interior foundation in another basement area. These guys even lugged extra hard clay to low spots around the foundation and cleaned up so well afterwards! I highly recommend Milad’s for any waterproofing needs!

We had a serious leak in our basement every time it rained, and after trying to deal with it for a while, we decided to have it professionally waterproofed. I’m really glad we chose Milad. From the first visit, he took the time to inspect the problem, explained what was causing the leak, and walked us through the best solution without any pressure.

The work was done professionally, the job site was kept clean, and everything was completed on schedule. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. Since the waterproofing was completed, we’ve had heavy rain and our basement has stayed completely dry with no signs of water coming in.

It’s a huge relief to finally have peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and does quality waterproofing work, I would definitely recommend Milad. Thank you for the excellent job!

I reached out to Milad after getting water in my basement, and he was great to deal with from the beginning. He came by, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a fair price without any pressure.

The work was completed on time, and everything was cleaned up before the crew left. You can tell Milad takes pride in his work and wants the job done right.

We’ve had rain since then, and my basement has stayed dry. I’m very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Milad to anyone dealing with basement water issues.

After the last few heavy rainfalls, I noticed water getting into my basement and decided to call Milad.

Milad came by, took a look, and explained where the water was getting in. He was straightforward, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured.

The crew showed up on time, got the job done when they said they would, and cleaned up before leaving. Since the work was completed, we’ve had more rain and the basement has stayed completely dry.

Hopefully I never need basement waterproofing again, but if I do, I’d call them back without hesitation. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a wet basement.
