I would 100% recommend this company!!!
After calling them to fix the leaking/worn out caulking in my shower, they were able to address my issue the very same day!!

From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly kind, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in their work.
They immediately assessed the issue, explained the best materials and techniques to ensure a long-lasting, watertight seal, and answered all of my questions.

Michael and Germaine were incredible. They completed the work smoothly and left the area absolutely spotless.

Thank you for the amazing service and outstanding work!

I can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. Foundation repair isn’t something anyone wants to deal with, but they made the entire process so much less stressful.

They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, kept the worksite clean, and their attention to detail was outstanding. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right—not just getting it done quickly.

Seeing the amount of excavation, waterproofing, drainage work, and care that went into our foundation gave us so much confidence that our home is protected for years to come. They showed up when they said they would, communicated every step of the way, and the craftsmanship was exceptional.

If you’re looking for an honest, reliable foundation repair company that stands behind their work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for giving us peace of mind!

I recently moved to the Manotick area and later learned the hard way that the water table here is quite high apparently it used to be swampy land years ago. After noticing some foundation cracks, I did my research and had a few companies come out, but I wasn’t too confident in their repair methods. I decided to hold off… which turned out to be a mistake. The following spring thaw brought significant water intrusion into my basement.
Thankfully, a family friend recommended 808 Foundation Repair & Waterproofing. I gave Michael a call, and from the start, he was professional, confident, and took the time to clearly explain the proper way to fix the issue not just patch it. It all made sense to me.
It’s now been a year since the work was completed, and I actually received a follow up reminder for my warranty review, which I found very professional. I’m happy to say the repair has held up perfectly no water issues since.
Very pleased with the work and would confidently recommend them.

As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect when we noticed foundation cracks and slight basement water intrusion shortly after moving into our home. It was stressful, especially not knowing who to trust for something as important as foundation repair.

We contacted a few companies for basement waterproofing and concrete crack repair, but most suggested quick fixes that didn’t feel like long-term solutions. Then we found 808 Foundation Repair & Waterproofing and spoke with Michael. He took the time to explain everything clearly covering proper structural crack repair, interior waterproofing systems, and long-term protection against water seepage.

After being provided with two different estimates—one for exterior excavation and waterproofing, and one for interior solutions we decided to go with the interior method. It was the middle of winter, and we trusted that this approach was far superior to the injected foam or other “quick-fix” methods that other companies were recommending.

The team was professional, efficient, and kept the job site clean. They installed a proper system to handle hydrostatic pressure, and their attention to detail really stood out.

It’s now been over a year since the work was completed, and we’ve had zero issues no leaks, no moisture, nothing. The peace of mind is priceless.
If you’re looking for reliable foundation repair, basement waterproofing, sump pump installation, or concrete repair, I highly recommend 808 Foundation Repair & Waterproofing. Honest, knowledgeable, and quality work done right the first time.
