We used Brien for the inspection of our first home and had a great experience. Brien was professional, thorough, and took time to answer all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. The report was detailed and delivered the same day as the inspection. I highly recommend Brien - thank you for everything!

Brien did our home inspection in October 2025 on our century home. He really impressed my husband as he has had several inspections in the past and said Brien is definitely the best of the best. We could not be more thankful for how meticulous and detailed he is. No stone left unturned. Also he is a super genuine person that cares about the wellbeing of his clients. Recommend him 110%. We bought our home with the reassurance and honesty we were looking for.

As a realtor of 14+ years, I’m very selective about who I trust to inspect homes. Brien is thorough, clear in his explanations, and always takes the time to help my clients understand both the strengths and concerns of a property. He’s well connected, his contractor referrals are excellent, and he’s a proud Rotary member who gives back to his community. His integrity and service mindset make him my go-to inspector. Highly recommend Brien Johnston Prestigious Home Inspections.
