Our sewer repair was long overdue after years of slow drains and occasional sewer backup issues. Water Pro Drain performed a full sewer camera inspection, showed us the collapsed section of pipe on screen, and completed the sewer repair efficiently without any unnecessary excavation. They also ran sewer and snaking services on all the branch lines while they were at it. The drains in every part of the house now flow perfectly and we have had zero sewer backup issues since. Outstanding work.

After our basement floor showed signs of moisture seeping up from below, Water Pro Drain assessed the situation and recommended a full basement waterproofing solution including interior drainage, crack repair, and a new sump pump system. The concrete repair and install work on the floor was beautifully done and the waterproofing membrane they applied to the basement walls has completely eliminated the moisture problem. The crew was clean, professional, and communicative throughout the entire project. Wonderful experience.

Water Pro Drain handled our basement waterproofing underpinning project from start to finish with outstanding professionalism. The underpinning work was completed on schedule, the new concrete installation was excellent, and they waterproofed the entire space before finishing. They also installed windows installed in the newly created space to bring in natural light. The project transformed a dark, damp basement into a bright, dry living area that has added tremendous value to our home. Absolutely exceptional work.
