From our very first meeting, I found him knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with his time. I initially wanted to do something a little different with my bathroom vanity, including a gold-toned P-trap and a wall-mounted faucet. Chris took the time to explain exactly what products I would need, what measurements were important, and potential issues to watch for, particularly with the granite countertop and drain installation. His advice helped me make informed decisions and avoid costly mistakes.

As the project evolved, I changed my plans several times. I eventually decided against the gold-toned P-trap and switched from a wall-mounted faucet to a tall faucet that would work with my vessel sink. Chris was incredibly patient and easy-going throughout the process, adapting to the changes without making me feel like I was being difficult. He was always willing to answer questions and help me work through different options.

Communication was excellent throughout the project. Chris stayed in touch, kept me informed about scheduling, and was very flexible. At one point, I realized I had overlooked having the existing sink removed before the granite installers were due to arrive. Chris was extremely responsive and came over right away to take care of it, saving me from a potentially stressful situation.

The quality of his work is excellent. Everything looks fantastic, and I have had absolutely no issues with any of the plumbing he installed.

We had a sump pump and backwater valve installed in our basement.
Chris is absolutely amazing! He’s super nice and funny while remaining professional, explained the entire process and showed us the steps as the work was completed (I included a photo of half way through the process, prior to cementing).
Answered all of our questions and sent over documents very quickly, while explaining and helping us to complete the paperwork portion to get the rebate through the city. Chris took care of the city permit and inspection, and left the job site clean!
