Our experience with Jetflo Drain and Waterproofing was great! We had a drain block that we needed help with. They made an appointment for the following day, which was amazing. Communication was excellent, with text messages being sent ahead of time. Technician Jimmy was very friendly and extremely professional. Our problem was a true mystery that was solved by Jimmy with a hidden second blockage in this aging house! Another appointment was made to correct it.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that Jimmy left everything so clean, making sure to lay down cloth from the entrance to the basement. Communication with Technician Jimmy was outstanding, keeping us informed of all the obstacles along the way. At the end of this anxious journey, we were so happy we found a company we can trust and will call again for their assistance. We highly recommend Jetflo for fantastic service and competitive, excellent prices. Thank you Jetflo 😊

We had to replace our main drain and sewer line after dealing with repeated backups, and I’m so glad we called Jetflo. Jimmy was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our old clay sewer pipe. The crew completed the drain and sewer line replacement on schedule, kept the work area very clean, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Everything was done professionally from start to finish, and you can tell they take pride in doing the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Jetflo to anyone needing a full line replacement.
