We had hired Direct Waterproofing to waterproof our property after we had found that water had infiltrated our basement. They completed exterior &interior waterproofing, installation of a sump pump as well as a backwater valve. The team worked incredibly hard throughout the entire time, digging all of the trenches by hand.

Terry was incredibly responsive and came by the site every few days to check on the progress.he would always answer our calls and emails, We would highly recommend them for anyone needing waterproofing done!

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended
Bye-bye wet basement! The team at Direct Waterproofing (Toronto) —Jack, Sergei, and Vlodomir—delivered an outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, keeping me well-informed throughout every stage of the basement waterproofing process.
Their approach was methodical, well-organized, and thoughtfully executed, ensuring minimal disruption to both my property and neighbouring homes. The work site was always tidy and safe at the end of each day. The project was completed on schedule, exactly as promised—something that truly sets them apart.
What impressed me most was their work ethic and expertise. This is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and exceptionally hardworking team that clearly takes pride in their craft.

This is the most amazing company. I am so happy I picked them to do the work on my weeping system around our house. They are so nice, incredible workers and easy to get along with. They also do a fantastic job. My weeping system is done and everything was cleaned up and put back to normal. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could

Thanx to Greg, Terry and the rest of the Direct Waterproofing Team for their friendly and professional service!!

We were very impressed that the job took a shorter time than estimated. They also left the worksite better than they found it!

I recently had a waterproofing issue in my basement and decided to call this company after reading several positive reviews. From the first phone call the customer service was excellent. They scheduled an inspection quickly and the technician arrived right on time. He carefully checked the basement walls and foundation and clearly explained where the moisture was coming from. The repair process was smooth and professional. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. After several heavy rainstorms my basement has stayed completely dry. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and would definitely recommend their services.
