Canada Waterproofers Toronto

Our townhouse is over 100 years old. Slava and his team installed a sump pump in 2017 for me and the basement has been dry since. They did a great job organizing with Toronto Hydro and working to code. As well they really managed to keep the dust to a minimum.

Fast forward to today. I picked up the home a couple of doors over. The basement has minor leaking. Here's where I get credit now, for keeping Slava's contact. :) He came out this morning to quote on options to seal it. I'm writing the review today because his first option is giving me advice on keeping the water away from the house better. He hopes I can avoid any construction because it's a pretty big job. It will now cost maybe $100 to test his theory, potentially saving me a few thousand.

Much appreciated Slava. Can't thank you enough!

We highly recommend Canada Waterproofers. Andrii Lema provided a clear, cost-effective solution to our leaking basement and took the time to walk us through every step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect.

From start to finish, the team exceeded our expectations. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and completed the project within the promised timeframe. Dimitri and his crew were professional, organized, and kept the work area clean throughout.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We’re very glad we chose their services.

Canada Waterproofers is highly recommended. We had a basement leak in Toronto, and Slava and his team were excellent from start to finish. They quickly identified the cause of the issue, clearly explained the options, and completed the waterproofing work efficiently and professionally. The job was done cleanly and with great attention to detail.

Even after the work was finished, I had a few follow-up questions, and Slava was very patient, took the time to listen, and provided reassurance and clarity. Great service and a great experience overall.

Had a wet basement since a long time and was very stressed because of that until I found Canada Waterproofers Toronto. My friend took service from them last year and was highly satisfied with their service so I called them. Carl came to give us free inspection and told us because of hydrostatic pressure this issue was happening and recommended us weeping tile replacement and sump pump installation. They connected window well drainage with weeping tile along with battery backup sump pump installation. Everything went so smooth. Very hard working team, the best part was affordable price. I am at mental peace now and would highly recommend Canada Waterproofers for basement waterproofing in Toronto and GTA area.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Canada Waterproofers for a job exceptionally well done. From the initial basement inspection with Andrew to the completion of the project by their highly efficient crew, the entire process went smoothly and without a hitch. The team of four completed the waterproofing in just one day, and I was extremely impressed by their professionalism—from organization to thorough clean-up. Andrew is very personable, and his excellent communication skills reassured me that I had chosen the right company after extensive research and meeting with several others. Their rates were also the most reasonable compared to other leading waterproofing companies in the GTA.
