It was great working with Jesse. He is a very nice guy, and he managed everything really well.
John and Jordan did a very thorough job finishing the grinding. They were very diligent about making sure the condition of the deck was perfect before starting the waterproofing. They asked us what we wanted covered with the product and were careful to ensure that all areas of the deck were fully sealed. We were always kept informed of what was happening next. It is so rare to find workers who are so diligent in their work. They were a pleasure to work with.
We are very pleased with the finished work.

We at Aryze Developments have used Van Isle Coating & Sealants on many of our projects over the years and have had great success. Since taking over the company, Jordan and his team have been very proactive to help us with budget pricing and they always execute on site. We always look forward to the next project we get to work with them!

We recently worked with Van isle coatings on some water leaking in our basement. We were very impressed with their professionalism. Very quick response by Jessie ,who found the leak and explained in detail what they would do to repair it. Sam and Josh showed up on time and did an excellent job with the repairs .They would explain in detail each stage of the process.
I would not hesitate to recommend Van Isle coatings and Sealants.

Super happy with this team. Attention to detail, in every step of the process. The prep work is crucial to the expoxy and sealant application. It is hard detailed work and they did this exceptionally well. I trust these guys. They take pride in their trade with professionalism and integrity. The results exceeded my expectations.

I just had Van-Isle Coating & Sealants Ltd. install an epoxy floor in my garage, and the results are absolutely outstanding. Jordan and John (JON) ran the project from start to finish, and their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. They didn’t cut corners—they prepped everything perfectly and delivered a flawless, showroom-quality finish that completely transformed my garage.
In a world where most contractors overpromise and underdeliver, Van-Isle Coating & Sealants Ltd. stands out as the real deal. If you’re even thinking about upgrading your garage floor, stop wasting time—call these guys and ask for Jordan and John. You’ll wish you had done it sooner.
