I contacted Capital Foundation & Waterproofing to fix a potential leak in the basement as I had used this company in the past and had been very happy with the work. Paul answered the call and the team arrived at the agreed upon time to inspect the leak. They provided a quote with a detailed breakdown of the work needed and the cost, the same day. The quote was very reasonable and based on my experience with this company, I was confident that the work would be done correctly. Paul and Logan were a pleasure work with. Thank you!

I was amazed at the service provided by this company. I contacted Capital Foundation, looking for a costing for a foundation replacement. Paul called me and we spoke for 45 minutes; this was exceptional in and of itself. He asked several detailed questions about our basement, and then he proceeded to explain to me the best way forward, and how to best obtain an affordable cost estimate. Based on my interaction with this company and Paul, if I need foundation work or anything else that this company does, I will be contacting them. In this day and age, I was highly impressed at the time taken with me, and the expertise and experience. Thank you!

I hired this company to fix a leak in our basement. They misdiagnosed the source of the leak and ended up completing an over $2500 intervention that did not remedy the existing problem. It is now months later and we still have a leak and will likely need to hire another team this summer to fix the problem. Very unsatisfied with this company and would not recommend.

While reinsulatjng we found several unexpected cracks in the foundation. Thought about repairing ourselves, due in part to some poor experiences with contractors. As we had dealt with Capital Foundations in our last house, we knew they were honest and did a great job. We definitely made the right decision again. Not only did they use one of the best products on the market, but the skill, knowledge and workmanship exceeded our expectations. I know that I will be able to sleep at night knowing it is done right.
A couple of the cracks were small but went ahead with repair. The images below, tell me that the crack was far worse than it looked, extending to the outside parging. The inside pictures assure me that the crack is properly sealed.
Thanks for a great job!

Hired Capital Foundation for a very tough project, after another company walked off the job. Capital Foundation were amazing. Their communication was great, and they were willing to work around around a ton of complications, for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys!
