My experience with Adam has been truly impressive. Year 2021, I hired Pro Waterproofers to repair a leaking foundation in Burlington. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. They quickly identified the source of our basement issue and provided a clear, effective solution. Communication was clear and effective throughout, and the quality of the workmanship was great. What impressed me the most is that recently there were some dampness observed in the basement again. I called Pro Waterproofers to inspect. They met with me the second day and patiently conducted professional tests to identify the issue. It turned out to be the window sealing has some issues. Although the problem was nothing related to their work, Adam has been very understanding, patient, supportive and helpful. I would confidently recommend Pro Waterproofers to anyone looking for reliable and expert waterproofing services.

Adam and his crew were very professional and considerate while installing watering proofing with a sump pump system in my basement. At all times they were courteous and respectful of my property. They take the quality of their workmanship seriously. The job was completed on time for the quoted amount. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

After 4 years hired Adam and his crew to waterproof additional area in basement. As with my first experience I am totally satisfied with the job that was done. From scoping the job all the way to a quality check after completion , I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Hired this company to repair a basement that had moisture coming through the slab in 2021. We were talked into a polyaspartic coating for the basement floor that we were told would be perfect for our specific problem. The coating sealed (in most places) but didn't prevent water from coming through the slab (which we were told it would). Now we have a basement floor with water bubbles throughout, some of which leak a rusty brown liquid through pin-sized holes. It took a long time to get the crew back to re-finish the worst areas, and it took about 2 weeks for the problem to re-appear. We were then asked if it was one of our kids spilling pop in the basement, instead of the failing product we were sold on.

Afterwards we were given a new, much higher estimate for a different form of waterproofing (trench and sump pump), which probably should've been the suggestion from the start (but I'm not a "Pro" waterproofer).

Use this company at your own risk. If I could give them 0/5, I would have.

In response to owners claim:

Never was it communicated to us that anything would be done "at cost and not for profit", or that the entire slab would be re-finished for free afterwards. If this was the intent of the company, that message was not delivered.

Really and truly an amazing experience from start to finish. It is so difficult to find good, honest and fair tradesmen in today’s world. We had some leaking issues in the cold room from our new property and we met with a few different contractors. From the time I spoke on the phone with Adam to the time he came for the initial inspection, he knew exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue and something that would keep me within my budget. We trusted his expertise and advise and we were extremely grateful we did so. Toma and his crew arrived within a week of our initial appointment, they were friendly and courteous and knew exactly what to do, they helped prepare the concrete inside the cold room to install a sump pump.
The following week, Mike and his crew also very efficient and friendly they waterproofed our porch.
