Came to my house after a month of waiting, they showed up for 5 mins, then left. Haven’t heard from them since. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.

Had 3 cracks repaired by them in the last 8 years. They've started leaking after the rain this year. No response to calls, emails or voice mails left to claim the 10 year warranty for well over a month now. I'd go with someone else who can be trusted.

Kevin came and saved my bacon as the new to me house I bought had several cracks in my foundation wall right to the upper floor. We're not have been able to sell my house if it hadn't been for Kevin and the amazing job he did.

My experience with Kevin was excellent. He took a lot of time to inspect the basement wall and floor to understand the cause of water leakage. He did a great job repairing the concrete. He was thorough, quick to respond, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. A year later, and the basement is still dry.

Unbelievably terrible service. Not even sure what to say. Called, emailed, called again, emailed again, called again, left several messages and no response. Seemed like they had a good product but their customer service was basically non existent. Im still not even sure how to write this review as its like there isn't a human being on the other end answering voicemails or checking emails. We wanted to hire them for some repairs of our basement but we can't even get a quote because 10 phone calls/emails/voicemails and no one has contacted us back so kind of impossible to get a quote.
