Excellent experience at every step in the job! Most helpful and professional, from the initial contact, scheduling, rebate paperwork, and preparation. Vanessa and Karina are exceptional - cheerful, warm, responsive, compentant and went beyond to help. Highly recommend Basement Systems Vancouver.

I strongly recommend Jeff and his team's services. They were professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. Super fair pricing after we had been quoted about seven times the amount by another plumber. Quality of the work was excellent and when there was a small leak they were prompt in returning to assess and fix it. They will be my go-to in the future.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Basement Systems Vancouver. From the initial consultation with Ryan to the completion by Kamil and Abayomi, the whole experience was exceptional.
A special thank you to Kamil and Abayomi, who truly went above and beyond throughout the project. They kept us informed every day, providing updates when they finished their work and making sure we knew exactly how things were progressing. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional.
Before the project, our basement felt like a dark, unusable space. Kamil and Abayomi completely transformed it. What was once a "ghost place" is now a clean, dry, and functional area that we can confidently use for storage.
We feel extremely fortunate that we found Basement Systems Vancouver and had Kamil and Abayomi working on our basement. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and words can hardly describe how impressed we are with the results.
Thank you for the amazing work—we would highly recommend Basement Systems Vancouver, especially Kamil and Abayomi, to anyone looking to transform their basement.
