Highly recommend. Tavis is the example of what good customer service, professionalism and expertise look like. He provided a quick quote, was on time, walked me through the process, efficiently sealed the crack, went over the end result and warranties with me and left things clean and tidy when he left. Wise Cracks method is simple and effective. Definitely would call them again.

Our Wisecracks repair is perfection. Tavis made sure to check the outside area to insure the repair covered any cracking we could not see. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. We are selling our home, so we appreciate that the repair is guaranteed for the future owner as well.

Tavis was very professional and determined right away the issue. Cement had a long open Crack both inside and out. He was able to fix it right there and then.
Nice neat job, left no mess behind and assisted me in pulling back carpet, underlay and fans in order.to start the drying process. I would recommend company and Tavis to anyone in need. Very helpful, fast working, knowledgeable, pleasant all way round.
