In the spring I had my worst nightmare come true my basement leaked and flooded my crawl space ugh. Ramy from RCC came and I felt better talking to him and having his expertise in this area. I hired him immediately and when the crew came Darwin the crew supervisor was very confident and told me he would solve the issue. They found the leak, dug down to the weeping tiles and replaced it all. It was like watching the 7th inning stretch lol. They never took a break and when it was done they cleaned the area and swept the driveway. I would highly recommend RCC and Ramy and his team. It is a huge relief and I can sleep at night again without worrying about it flooding.

We hired RCC Waterproofing to fix ongoing water issues and mold buildup in our basement, and Nick and crew did an outstanding job on the outter foundation. The team was professional, thorough, and clearly experienced. Michael and crew properly waterproofed the basement and completely removed the mold, leaving the space clean and dry.

Communication from Daniel was clear throughout the process, and they cleaned up well after themselves. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend RCC Waterproofing to anyone dealing with basement water or mold problems.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish on this project thanks to the RCC Waterproofing team. Daniel was the gentleman that came out for the assessment and quote. Chris was the assigned technician for my job. Daniel was very personable, professional and knowledgeable during the whole meeting. He spoke with passion and concern which gave me confidence. He recommended what I should do to meet my needs in the situation I had presented. I followed his advice and when all was said and done and job was completed there was a big sigh of relief and a big smile. When Chris arrived onsite for the service, and I met him I got the same feeling of passion from him as Daniel which gave me confidence from the start. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what he was about to do so I knew what to expect. When all was done I was very satisfied and my expectations were completely met. He was very personable during his stay and made me feel very comfortable and would not leave until the service he provided was to his high expectations which was great. All I can say is WOW!! Thanks Daniel, you made my day.
Thanks RCC Waterproofing team for providing an awesome service

Recently has my house waterproofed by RCC and I will admit that I was a bit scared on the process and the cost of this project. From the moment I was reasonably quoted right down to the day the work was completed I was explained everything.

From the moment the workers arrived they were absolutely professional and an absolute pleasure to speak to. They were very clean and made sure to have everything back to normal when they were done.

Although this is not a cost that any one wants to incur but unfortunately we sometimes have no choice. That being said if there is ever a reason for me to need any services from RCC I will not hesitate to use them again.

The team at RCC were fantastic. Justin S always responded quickly, was professional and educated me on the process. Once we decided to move forward the work completed by Chris I and his team was great. The took the time to protect our hardwood floors, were polite, courteous and efficient. Our job was done in two days and they left the work area spotless. There are plenty of options however I would only choose the professional team from RCC.

Considering that the entire back wall and eight feet along the sidewall of our house had to be manually dug up in order to rebuild the block foundation, I was surprised how quick the team was. The completion of the repair did not take more than a few days. They cleaned up all of the mess and were kind and considerate. I can't recommend this waterproofing company enough. RCC Waterproofing is great!

Excellent service was provided. The team who visited my house was excellent. They completed a task in one day that I had estimated would need several days. Excellent job was done, and since the repair, there has been no sign of water. Thank you RCC Waterproofing!

I received a quote from George, who was extremely courteous. Chris was very polite and knowledgeable, and I would give the job a six out of five. Chris also provided us with advice on what to watch out for in case there are any issues in the future. Outstanding Work! I heartily endorse this business.

Our moist basement problem has been resolved due to the RCC Waterproofing team. Roger's crew executed the job and it was a really enjoyable experience. They were knowledgeable, which simplified things for us. We had the impression that we could relax and let them fix the basement leak. The outcome was better than ideal. Thanks, men

Our property's rear wall developed a leak, which left our finished basement in a very bad state. We hired RCC waterproofing Peterborough to make the repair after finding them on Homestars. They completed the ad in a day and performed an excellent job. They excavated the area, used waterproofing materials to seal it, and then rebuilt it. We are appreciative of what they accomplished because we haven't had a leak again since they arrived.

Justin, Roger and his crew came to our house and redid a horrible waterproofing job that another company did and finally fixed our leaks. Plus its got a lifetime warranty on it so no matter what it will be fixed. That's seriously how you do customer service. RCC is great!

Job well done with skill and efficiency. RCC came and stopped our leaks in about a days time, redoing the drainage system. Justin was a great inspector and pinpointed the leaks with ease. Overall I am very pleased with the work done and 5 stars.

We thought this leak was going to destroy our basement but these knew what they were doing. Justin was a pleasure to work with and gave us an affordable option by fixing the leak from the interior. Super happy with the fix and the new drainage system that they added into our basement. We won't have mold and mildew issues anymore. RCC is a phenomenal company to work with and I recommend you choose them.

I am grateful to RCC for stopping these horrible smells in the basement and cantina. Somedays the smell of mildew was just horrible and I did't want to go down in the basement. The guys advised us on an interior waterproofing to get rid of the smells and help moisture so we decided it was worth it. They did a fantastic job and was professional every step of the job.

My sump pump was on its last legs and I have no idea how to replace or install one of these things so I got RCC Waterproofing to do it for me. They gave us some options and told me why I should go with the sump pump that they offer, so we did. RCC replaced the old one with the new one. Thanks guys.
