I just wanted to say that RCC Waterproofing did a fantastic job. We had an interior waterproofing job done at this house. And I've worked with Anthony again on another project which was an exterior waterproofing job. It was done so quick, so fast and three days they were in and out. Roger and his crew were fantastic. I recommend RCC waterproofing highly and don't go with anyone else.

This is a message the office staff of RCC Waterproofing. Adrian and his crew came here and they were amazing. Very easy to communicate with them and I think the waterproofing project went well.

I recently met with Ramy Morcos
He exceeded my expectations from the moment I met him
Ramy is friendly, honest and personable
I would recommend him and his obvious expertise to anyone looking for exactly what his business card says:
“pride, passion and honesty”

Thank you RCC waterproofing for sending Ramy as your consultant

Used these folks to do an injection on a poured basement foundation crack. They help expedited the project because we were selling the house. They showed up as scheduled and Chris Iacc did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend these folks

Thanks to rami and the team for helping me fix my sump pump issue. We had issues for years and tried many different companies but they were not able to fix the problem. RCC was able to complete it properly and professionally.

Thank you to Ramy, who came over and gave us useful advice on how to fix a small leak that was allowing water to seep into our cement cold room located beneath our concrete deck.

We met with Daniel Maiorano the Sales Rep, he explained everything to us, whether to inject to fill the leakage or dig the foundation. We went with digging the foundation on the side. The team did an amazing job and such hard workers! Although the job is truly heavy lifting, etc. They were cheerful and very respectful. It was a pleasure having them do our job. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you all!

I would recommend RCC to anyone who needs waterproofing. I called when my basement had a leak coming through the wall. Daniel was the sales rep and he was great to deal with. He quickly came to see the leak, and gave quotes right away. He explained all the options, which helped me understand and pick the option that was best for me. Because my basement was unfinished, I decided to waterproof the entire basement before I get it finished.
I would give RCC a call and ask for Dan if you have a leak in the GTA.

After purchasing my first home, I discovered several leaks. I google “Waterproof “ and RCC Waterproofing popped up. I dealt with Daniel Maiorano he was our Sales Associate. He educated my husband and I on the leaks and what our options would be. One thing I admired about him was that he knows what he’s talking about and well explanatory about the products and processes. I am happy with the services that Daniel provided. I have no leaks in my basement. I’ll definitely keep him in my books.

We had RCC Waterproofing repair our weeping tile/drain and install a sump pump after flooding this summer. Daniel was very knowledgeable and thorough when doing the quote. He was also patient and timely when I reached out with any questions. Marco and his crew worked a long hard day to get the job done, they were all very polite and happy to show me what was done and ensure I was pleased with the job. I highly recommend RCC!

RCC Waterproofing recently installed a sump pump and waterproofed our basement. Daniel provided us options to address the flooding in our basement after two major rainfalls. He was very thorough and responsive. Once we landed on an option, Marco and his team did an amazing job of completing the job on time and on budget. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend Daniel and Marco’s company.

We have had water coming into the basement of our family home for years. Finally we called RCC to come out and have a look. We were expecting the work to come with a major price tag, but the consultant Daniel gave us a few options and explained the pros and cons of each option. We settled the issue for half the price of what other companies had quoted using the internal method. Very happy

Really fast service, I had 3 foundation cracks in my basement. Got them repaired in the spring and during the major flooding we had this year, they all held up. Daniel was very professional and the crew was very hardworking.

We called into RCC and Daniel came out to have a look at our basement. An internal system and battery backup sump pump was what we chose to fix the issue. It has been bone dry since the work was done and the crew worked super hard. We are very happy with the results and are confident in refinishing the basement. Thanks!

I HIGHLY recommend RCC. Ramy was excellent to deal with - very straight forward and honest. And Anthonthy and his team were fast, efficient and friendly...and very patient with all my questions! I would have them back anytime!

The installer, Chris, was most helpful and informative. He answered all my questions, and did what I think is a above-and-beyond job. I was also very pleased with your sales rep, Daniel. On the whole, a very satisfactory job well done!

I recently had waterproofing done in my garage and basement where there was a foundation crack that was separating. The Oakville crew were quick and professional and especially Chris who had the difficult task of repairing the basement in very tight quarters. Chris truly went Above and Beyond what was most definitely a challenge. I am extremely pleased with the service and the results.

I was referred to RCC by a family member and was incredibly impressed. I first met with Daniel who reviewed my current sump pump setup, listened to my concerns, and soon followed up with a set of options and quotes. Daniel answered all my immediate and follow questions, provided great advice and all of this before any deposit was paid.

On installation day, Marco arrived as scheduled (actually slightly early which worked perfectly), fully prepared, and took the time to review the system again with me, answer questions and provide more details. He installed the system quickly, was thorough and tested the system multiple times.

From start to finish, everyone has been extremely professional. I have recommended RCC to my family and friends.

Quick to respond, friendly, and told me what was needed and what wasn't.

Impressed. Rick and I traded phone calls and texts and he showed up after I closed the deal on a 1970 custom built home after a home inspection report identified water damage in the basement drywall. The basement had a bit of a smell and minor mold was detected. We thought we needed crawlspace encapsulation. He quickly concluded that the crawlspace was not a problem and simply recommended a good dehumidifier. He tested the wall and found water in the drywall - and recommended waterproofing the rear wall of the basement. He said the front was fine. Sent the quote, signed docusign and paid a deposit online. The crew showed up on time and worked like madmen! WOW. Hand dug, a lot of sand that had to be reinforced while they waterproofed the concrete block wall. 3 days work for 3 guys not really taking much break at all. Rick had quoted a sump pump in advance if we needed it. We didn't. Nothing builds credibility more than a company that honestly tells you what you don't need to spend money on. The guys cleaned up really well and even waited for me to go and buy new landscaping fabric for my river rock to avoid weeds. It is not cheap, but this is a reliable quality company. If I don't post any reviews in the rainy spring of 2024, you'll know they fixed the two reported cracks very well !
