Mo and Adam from RCC did a fantastic job waterproofing our 90 plus year old rubble foundation. We had noted a minimal amount of water following rain storms adjacent to one area of the old foundation over the last several years. We felt things might worsen in the future with the impact of climate change. After reviewing possible companies, we chose RCC. They did a fantastic job. The hand digging minimized the disruption as the width of the trench was minimal. Great care was taken to excavate to a depth that would not undermine the foundation. The waterproofing material was applied meticulously by hand as was the membrane. The weeping tile was tied in with an existing weeping tile associated with an addition which also had a pre existing sump pump. After the first big storm, everything remained bone dry. I would highly recommend this company with all of their years of experience , knowledge and the manner in which they do their work.

When we called for a quote, the sales person was at our house the next day to do the assessment and prepare a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After we received the quote and gave RCC the order, everything went smoothly and as agreed upon. The date we got was even earlier than they at first had estimated. On the day of, the crew arrived on time and they were very friendly hard working guys. They completed the job as agreed and cleaned up after they were done. Great experience and I would recommend RCC to anyone who has an issue with water coming into their basement.
One recommendating for RCC is to give their sales people a RCC email address. Given everything going on these days with scam emails, it takes away doubt.

The area was left clean and the job was done perfectly. Brian woods did a very detailed quote for us and took the time to explain what was being done and why. Brian was amazing explaining the process. But when it came to moving forward he stopped responding. Called the company they said they will let Brian know to call me. Never did! Then again called the company same literally was told "Brian will call today!" Absolutely nothing. Business lost 15k thanks for doing this before starting the job Imagine being ghosted after the job hence 2 stars for Ghosting before.

VERY rude receptionist. Called to ask about certain products for a school project and she directed me to the website and said she didn't want to deal with this. Very unprofessional

I would highly recommend Moe and his crew from RCC Waterproofing London, ON. From the consultation to the quote to completing the job , they were quick and efficient and professional. Our basement foundation crack was repaired neatly- from arriving on time, laying drop cloths down, not creating dust and cleanup.
And all with a friendly manner. I felt confident and comfortable
with their workmanship.
It only took 1 hour to complete our job.
Again, I would HIGHLY recommend RCC Waterproofing! Thank you so much to Moe and his crew!

Called for a quote. Had a timely inspection by Josh who clearly outlined our options. Anthony and his crew arrived today for outside waterproofing - pleasant, friendly, polite, hard working. Clearly explained the work they were doing as it was progressing. The quality of the product is impressive as was the attention to detail. As another reviewer said, "they worked like machines" and as a well-practiced team. Cleanup was exceptional. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Obviously a flood in your basement is the a very stressful situation. When I contacted RCC they quickly connected me to Kurt and assigned him to my disaster. Kurt made this horrible situation well planned and made me feel at ease. I felt that things would be okay. The crew working on the waterproofing was on time and real professional. They kept the areas safe and clean. We ended up having RCC install a new sump pump and any time I had questions about the pump a year or two down the road, Kurt was there for us and with quick response. Thank you RCC and Kurt I would recommend you to anyone.

He went over cost effective solutions and took the time to come out for multiple visits to get the job done! Daniel who did the work was outstanding as well! Overall great experience! The work is quality, looks neat and will last!
