Folks at RCC are Consummate professionals at what they do. When you hire them, you are getting pure competence and excellent customer service. Kudos to Daniel M and Jesse in particular for the great job figuring out the problem and fixing it.

We had some water in our basement after a major rainstorm. I couldn't determine where the leak originated from. I called RCC & Ramy came right over & using his experience pinpointed the problem immediately. It turned out we had a blockage at the bottom of our window well drain pump, the water all backed up & poured in through the window. Darwin & his Team came over, they were very courteous & they dug down to the weeping tile & corrected the problem. We've had a few rainstorms since & the basement is dry. The real test will be when we experience another "major" rainstorm, but I'm confident based on the water tests Darwin did, everything will be fine. I will keep you posted.

I had a very significant water issue in my basement after a severe storm. I called RCC and spoke with Ramy. He came to my house and surveyed the issue and assured me they could fix it. Ramy was knowledgeable and easy to work with. His team showed up quickly and started excavating around my home. Darwin was the crew leader and I have never seen a group of people work harder. The trench they dug was deeper than I expected (more than 7’ deep) but doing that ensured it was done correctly. Darwin explained the process and showed me the issues they found and repaired. They replaced my builder quality window wells with deeper ones that will actually do the job, installed heavy duty membranes to the foundation, dramatically improved drainage and filled a few holes that were leaking water for sure. A very diligent team. They carefully removed my paver stones and left me neatly gravelled. I will put my stones back but the ground must have time to settle before doing that….at least 3 months is best. I can’t say enough about Ramy and Darwin and not a drop of water since in spite of some torrential rain storms. Highly recommended.

I had four foundation cracks that needed repair, and RCC did a truly remarkable job from start to finish! The crew, led by Ramy Marcose and Darwin, was outstanding in every aspect of the project.

They did an excellent job coordinating with utility providers, communicating with my neighbour and addressing their concerns regarding the excavation and repair work. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to restoring the worksite to its original condition.

Foundation repairs can be stressful for any homeowner, but the professionalism, coordination, and care shown by Ramy, Darwin, and the entire crew made the experience much smoother.

Hats off to the entire team at RCC for a job exceptionally well done! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional foundation repair services.

In the spring I had my worst nightmare come true my basement leaked and flooded my crawl space ugh. Ramy from RCC came and I felt better talking to him and having his expertise in this area. I hired him immediately and when the crew came Darwin the crew supervisor was very confident and told me he would solve the issue. They found the leak, dug down to the weeping tiles and replaced it all. It was like watching the 7th inning stretch lol. They never took a break and when it was done they cleaned the area and swept the driveway. I would highly recommend RCC and Ramy and his team. It is a huge relief and I can sleep at night again without worrying about it flooding.

Had a crack in the foundation that was leaking. Rick came to provide a thorough explanation of the different repair options and the timelines. Shortly after, had the crew dig the trench to repair the crack - no issues and I am confident in the fine work and attention to detail, as well as the follow ups with me to make sure everything was still fine. We hired RCC Waterproofing to fix ongoing water issues and mold buildup in our basement, and Nick and crew did an outstanding job on the outter foundation. The team was professional, thorough, and clearly experienced. Michael and crew properly waterproofed the basement and completely removed the mold, leaving the space clean and dry.

Communication from Daniel was clear throughout the process, and they cleaned up well after themselves. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend RCC Waterproofing to anyone dealing with basement water or mold problems.

I had a leak in my basement though some shoddy DIY work from past owners. RCC sent out an inspector Daniel who I was in contact with throughout the whole process. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He scoped out all the work and presented me with a few different options on how the work could be completed that offered various price ranges which was nice to be able to budget for. We aligned on the work and a date was provided. On that date Chris showed up on time as well and completed the work professionally and on time. He explained everything he was doing and took photos of every step and shared them with me as well. He offered a few tips on the grading outside as well. Overall excellent service from quote to work being completed.

Did a great job of sealing the crack outside of the house. My only criticism is that they keep the customer worry-free throughout the journey such as giving them timelines of expecting a communication towards the completion of the work.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish on this project thanks to the RCC Waterproofing team. Daniel was the gentleman that came out for the assessment and quote. Chris was the assigned technician for my job. Daniel was very personable, professional and knowledgeable during the whole meeting. He spoke with passion and concern which gave me confidence. He recommended what I should do to meet my needs in the situation I had presented. I followed his advice and when all was said and done and job was completed there was a big sigh of relief and a big smile. When Chris arrived onsite for the service, and I met him I got the same feeling of passion from him as Daniel which gave me confidence from the start. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what he was about to do so I knew what to expect. When all was done I was very satisfied and my expectations were completely met. He was very personable during his stay and made me feel very comfortable and would not leave until the service he provided was to his high expectations which was great. All I can say is WOW!! Recently has my house waterproofed by RCC and I will admit that I was a bit scared on the process and the cost of this project. From the moment I was reasonably quoted right down to the day the work was completed I was explained everything.

From the moment the workers arrived they were absolutely professional and an absolute pleasure to speak to. They were very clean and made sure to have everything back to normal when they were done.

Although this is not a cost that any one wants to incur but unfortunately we sometimes have no choice. That being said if there is ever a reason for me to need any services from RCC I will not hesitate to use them again.

I filled out a online estimate on RCC's website, and within 2 hours, Ramy was at my house inspecting our water damage. It turns out the leak wasn't a foundation issue and ultimately not a job that RCC specialized in, but with that said, Ramy was very helpful and took the time out of his busy day to offer us some great advice for solving our leak issue.
