WiseCracks was fantastic to work with. Communication was clear, and the quote and the work were completed soon after my initial call. The contractors were great too. They explained their process and materials, and cleaned up well before they left.
Would definitely recommend this business.

I just had a consultation about my foundation, I'm not sure who with. he was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, even though the work I need done (if any), can't be done by the company. As first-time home buyers, we truly appreciated how fast an easy our experience was with Wise Cracks. Tara (office) was easy to get a hold of any time I called, was pleasant to work with to schedule the quote and repair appointments, and to complete the payment process. James (technician), was quick to complete a quote visit, arrived early on repair day, and we had our floor-to-ceiling sized crack fixed in an hour. It's tough when you find a puddle of water in your basement with no obvious leak spewing out water. You might panic a little bit and rush to accept the first person who comes to take a look at it. You might also believe that the most expensive quote would obviously be the best choice..... but calm down a moment, take a breath, and call these guys to take a look. Wise Cracks is a family run business with years of experience and when he came he gave me an honest opinion: that mine was a textbook foundation crack that did not require thousands and thousands of dollars to fix. He came back and spent maybe an hour fixing it, leaving me with peace of mind and a guarantee that it would not leak. After this experience I would recommend you to trust them. If they say it will cost $500 or $10 000 it is because they feel that is what it will take to make your basement dry.
I'm sure they could do the whole nine yards if you are not handy, but as I am, I made sure to have the wall open, the whole crack exposed, and I will be putting new drywall back on.

Wise Cracks did a great job fixing the seal in my crawlspace where the well pipe comes through the wall. They provided a free estimate based on photos. They are professional and friendly to work with. I recommend their service.
